Working on a computer is a necessity for a lot of people these days, and if you are one of those people, you may have noticed some of the physiological effects of Electromagnetic Frequencies or EMFs. These are the frequencies emitted from computers, cell phones, cell towers, and other electronics. EMFs are also known as electronic smog, and the frequencies interact with your energy-producing some negative symptoms if too much time is spent around them. The good news is, there are ways that you can protect yourself from EMFs and maintain a healthy mind and body while working on computers.

Productivity depends on mental and physical health, so it's key to be making sure that you are feeling the best you can while working. You want to make sure you are drinking enough water and taking regular breaks to walk around or stretch throughout the day. Taking regular breaks from the computer is good for reducing your exposure to EMFs, and it's also good for your eyes, which need a break every once in a while. You want to try and take a break every hour or so just to get away from the computer. Going outside for a little walk or just to breathe in some fresh air will also do wonders for you.

There are also crystals you can use or place around your computer that can help reduce the effects of EMFs. You can get one or all of these crystals to help protect you from EMFs. The following are some of the crystals you can try.

Black Tourmaline. Known as the best crystal for clearing EMFs and balancing your energy. It's great if you can keep a piece, big or small near your computer as you are working on it. It is also able to transform negative energy into positive energy, so it helps to calm and empower you in your workspace. It also works as a grounding stone, which is nice when you're working online all day, which can sometimes seem like another reality altogether.

Tiger's Eye. This crystal helps with EMFs and can keep you focused and productive. It is also great for financial abundance and for success in the business or career you've chosen. It also helps you to feel empowered, self-confident and keeps your work and home life balanced.

Selenite. This stone is a purifying and cleansing stone. It clears negative energy and EMFs from your field and your workspace. It is helpful for anyone who is sensitive to EMFs and the energy of others, especially if you are working around other people and a lot of electronics.

Obsidian. This crystal helps soak up negative energy and EMFs. Much like Black Tourmaline, it can absorb negative energy and bring more positivity.
