Before Opening a Claim
If you have any concerns, please contact us first. We are here to help and can often provide a faster resolution than third-party claim processes.
Order Issues (Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives with a missing item, damage, or any fulfillment issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the situation and, where applicable, provide a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request photos to help us assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Not Delighted with Your Crystals
We understand that choosing crystals is a personal experience, and occasionally a piece may not resonate as expected.
In these cases, we offer the following options:
Replacement: We are happy to send a replacement crystal that may be a better fit.
Return for Refund: If a replacement does not meet your needs, you may request a return for refund.
Return & Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be in original condition
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
Returns must be sent to our designated handling facility (details provided upon approval)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued after items are returned and reviewed
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
